Over down in the Long Beach/LA area there are some promising things afoot, chief of these being the ridiculously catchy and smooth tracks from brother-bands LBCK and La Zebra. Recently, they've both released new songs, and whether you're a DJ looking for something fresh to upload into your Serato, or just a music junkie looking for something to soundtrack your bike ride, both of these songs will fit the bill.

LBCK, who are a favorite of ours here at VC, recently did an exclusive, booty-droppin mix for us that instantly set the dancefloor on fire. Now, they have a new song called "Disco Thrills" that rolls up funk, disco, cutting synths and a heavy bass into one sweat-inducing, sex-dripped bit of audio goodness.

La Zebra, I'm sure, have partied with LBCK on more than one occasion, and their music should also induce similar reactions in the club or in the basement. Their new track, "Satisfaction Guaranteed" distinguishes itself with superbly chopped up and fucked-with vocals on top of layers of samples and effects.

Both LBCK and La Zebra are under the MTC (Metcalf Talent Collective) fold, which is run by our buddy Robbie Metcalf, and seriously, keep your eye on both these guys and MTC, as they'll be responsible for a lot of your future favorite songs.
