Per Greg Kot of the Chicago Tribune, the Strokes are wrapping up their first album in 4 years, and are headlining that monster of music festivals, Lollapalooza. Other expected and rumored headliners are Arcade Fire, Green Day, Lady Gaga (yeah, what?), Soundgarden (flannelpalooza) and Phoenix.
