PS22 Chorus has finally surpassed the Vienna Boy's Choir and The Little Indian Kid from The Mission as the most popular children's vocal act in the world. You've heard them before during the chorus of Passion Pit's The Reeling, and apparently they've worked with Lady Gaga or Bono or some shit also. Their music teacher has instructed them in a cover of Phoenix's Liztomania which Phoenix has deemed "their favorite remix" and, in typical French fashion, made their manager cry.
The kids get really into it, which I like. Even if they're doing it just because their teacher told them to, they're just fakin' it til they make it. The video has almost 200,000 hits on Youtube, almost 170,00 of which are the result of searching for "kickass mullet." Seriously, check it out. You can't miss it. He even points to it.
Mullet kid: "I have this haircut, I'm in this band, and I'm only 9. I am off to a good start." It must be the source of the group's power. He is their Samson.
Reports read that they are looking for something to collaborate on with KISS.
